Edward S. Robson is the managing shareholder of the firm and focuses his practice on litigation arising from breach of contract, unfair competition, mergers and acquisitions, First Amendment rights, shareholder conflicts and real estate transactions. Mr. Robson also advises closely-held businesses of all types including those in the construction, manufacturing, professional services and technology industries. He has written and taught on a variety of topics affecting business.
Edward has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine for Business Litigation, an honor recognizing excellence in practice by those less than 40 years old and achieved by only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys. Mr. Robson serves as an adjunct professor at the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
